“Waste Warriors” needed for Adopt-a-Highway on Sept. 26

Not to put too fine a point on it, you can see in the picture John White is holding one of the weapons of trash destruction he is amassing for the Club’s assault of debris on I-94 scheduled for the morning of Saturday, September 26.

Almost enough Rotarian waste warriors have volunteered so that only one mile, and one hour of time well spent, will be required of participants to help sharpen the Club’s public image.

A few more volunteers are needed to fortify efforts to rid I-94 of the encroaching blight on our freedom of clear and beautiful roadways.

Recognition and honor for victors valiant in their efforts as champions of the cause will be a complimentary box lunch and much missed Rotary luncheon conversation during the brief debriefing after the mission.

To sign up, send an email to Tom Millard. Final details will be emailed to you.
