Submit a Calendar Event

This form is for Rotary Club member to submit club events to appear on our calendar, including committee meetings, club events and activities, and social events. Only club events are eligible for inclusion in our calendar.

If you’d prefer, you can email information about your event to the Ann Arbor Rotarian newsletter editors at newsletter@a2rotary.org. Please be sure to include all relevant information.

Submit a Calendar Event

  • In this field, include not only a description of the event, but also details like the cost (if there is one), deadlines for registering, etc.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
    Attach a photo file here if you have one for the event.

      If you have any additional files/documents that you'd like for the Editors to see or attach to the event, upload them here. You may also email them to newsletter@a2rotary.org
