Service to others and our community has been the mission of our Club since its founding in 1916. We invite you to serve by volunteering for one of our weekly meetings or upcoming events. No job is too small, and your support will help our Club thrive!
Weekly Meeting Support
The RCAA is able to continue to provide a hybrid platform for in person and zoom meetings each week. We would like to request your assistance in supporting these meeting platforms. The link below will take you to a sign up for both zoom and in person meetings support activities. You will receive reminders and also guidance on the responsibilities. If you have any questions please contact
Dawn Johnson, Club Service Director: dawnlynn@umich.edu. Thank you in advance for your support, it is greatly appreciated!

Embracing Our Differences
Summer, 2022
RCAA as a whole, as well as ARC, Peace, and Public Image committees are all actively involved in supporting Embracing our Differences. This is an organization that “uses the transformative power of art to spark discussions on our differences: race, sex, LGBTQ, mental and physical differences and to open our heart to embrace diversity.” Large art banners depicting this message will be installed Gallup and Leslie Science Center parks in Ann Arbor and Riverside and Parkridge Community Center parks in Ypsilanti May through September this year. Rotarians and friends are encouraged to volunteer at the art installations over the summer and reach out to others to join them. Wear your Rotary T-shirt and show your support. Sign up as often as you wish to be a greeter in 3 hour shifts across the entire summer. Contact Marsha Chamberlin for more information: marsha.chamberlin@gmail.com.
Annual Golf Outing and Fundraiser (GTO)
September 14th, 2022
Our major annual fundraiser will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2022. GTO Committee members have filled many of the leadership roles, and we need all Rotarians to offer some time as a volunteer to plan and prepare for the fundraiser and/or to help on the day of the event. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided for all roles!
You will not regret lending a hand for this – it’s a great way to get to know other Club members and have a great time doing it! Please review the available opportunities and sign up for a slot that’s a good fit for you. Thank you!
