Caroline Andrews was born and raised in Ann Arbor. She graduated from Pioneer in 2006 and U of M in 2009. Caroline and her husband, Luke, currently live on the Old West Side with their two playful standard poodles. She is a financial advisor and partner at Legacy Financial out on Jackson Rd. Caroline enjoys making investing and retirement planning approachable. She is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist and holds Series 7, Series 66, Variable Annuities, Accident and Health, and Life insurance licenses. Caroline’s personal interests include family time, travel, walking downtown, jazz, and cooking. She has volunteered with Meals on Wheels, the Ronald McDonald House, Salvation Army, and Grace Girls Home in Sri Lanka. Caroline is looking forward to making new friends at Rotary while helping with local and global initiatives.

Sam Kottomasu is a Radiologist, who retired in 2020 after practicing 44 years in Saginaw. He has served as a Board of Trustee at Central Michigan University (CMU), Chair of CMU College of Medicine Committee and inaugurated both the CMU medical campuses in Mount Pleasant and Saginaw. In 2015 he received a Global Grant from The Rotary Foundation (TRF) for the construction of reverse osmosis plants to supply safe drinking water in two adjacent village new his home ton in AP, India. In 2019 he was the recipient of a large Global Grant from TRF for construction of a water softening plant with a large capacity water tower and reverse osmosis plant. Sam transferred to our club from the Saginaw Sunrise club when he and his wife, Lakshmi moved to Saline to be closer to family. He is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and a member of the Paul Harris Society.

Mary Sutton has worked in the mental health field her entire career. She began as a Juvenile Court probation officer and when her children were young she was a private practice psychotherapist. For 20 years Marry worked for the Royal Oak school system as a social worker and later became the crisis coordinator for the district. For 13 years she was a field supervisor for the U of M School of Social Work student interns. Post-retirement, Mary is in two book clubs, is a DSO subscriber and an avid college sports fan. She is a season ticket holder for Michigan football and is on the Executive Board of the U of M Club. Mary recently moved to Ann Arbor to be closer to her two daughters and their families. Spending time with her four grandchildren is a special joy in her life. Mary is looking forward to learning more about Rotary’s Mental Health Initiative and the Community Allocations Committee.
