Unused electronic equipment

- A suggestion was made to list the items in The Rotarian and offer it up to anyone who would like them – otherwise, they will be disposed of.
Communicating about our Committees
- The board discussed the fact that our members don’t really understand our committees: who, what, and how they can be involved. Efforts are being made through the committee audit and ideas to increase awareness at weekly meetings.
Club Publications Policy
- The policy was updated largely due to the fact that there were too many emails being sent, and many committees were posting items that fell out of our normal guidelines.
- Dan has offered to have each committee post a relevant article once a month. He will continue to approve these articles.
- The board approved the revised Publications Policy. The revised policy is located here: https://portal.clubrunner.ca/1404/Documents/en-us/2d1a071d-4a64-4ce7-8d08-c0662a8cd838/1/
