While traveling on a highway superseded by a nearby parallel expressway, I came upon this sign at the city limit of Ft. Morgan, Colorado. For a town of 12,000, its public image seems pretty advanced. The combination of the sophisticated sign, the service club logos, and their claim to be a “Tree City” was very welcoming. Note that the Rotary logo uses RI’s latest visual guidelines.
According to the RI Official Directory (available to all Rotarians through their My Rotary account), the Rotary Club of Fort Morgan has 23 members. It meets on Tuesdays should you find yourself about an hour northeast of Denver at lunchtime that day. Club locator (on the home page of the RI website and as a smartphone app) is the quick and easy way to search for a Rotary Club meeting wherever you may be.
