Come March with us on the Fourth of July

After a two-year hiatus, the JayCees’ Fourth of July Parade will again be held this year, and our Rotary Club will be marching. We’ll be meeting somewhere on the north side of the Diag, although the exact spot has yet to be determined. I’d ask that you arrive by 9 am, as the parade will start just before 10 am.

The parade will begin at State and Liberty, head west on Liberty, then south on Main. The parade will end at Main and William. According to the JayCees, “The 2022 parade route is approximately 0.6 miles and will take about 40 minutes to complete. We expect that a single group will take about 20 minutes to walk the route.”

We have had a lot of fun doing this in the past, and I expect it will be fun this year as well (as long as it’s not too hot)! Please join us. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with me.
