The RCAA Strategic Planning Committee will be meeting on October 7, 2026 at the Michigan Union at 1:30 pm (room TBD). Members of the original committee met this past week (Dawn Johnson, Rob Shiff, and Kathy Waugh) to discuss strategy and communication. We also made updates to the strategic plan monthly snapshot (under member resources on the website). RCAA members who expressed interest in being on this committee will be attending, and we wanted to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to join us. The agenda will include a review of past goals and accomplishments, updates on progress, and a discussion on new goals aligned with President Roy More’s goals, survey results, and other mission based initiatives.
