RCAA was represented at the Ann Arbor Green Fair on Friday, September 18th. RCAA members Dennis Burke, Rona Hu, Nishta Bhatia, Don Duquette, Roy More, and John White participated by helping with the booth setup, staffing the booth, and/or stopping by the booth. A myriad of items were handed out to the visitors to the booth including informational flyers about RCAA and Rotary District 6820, arts and craft supplies for the youth, posters for the Second Annual UofM Climate Action Week (September 26th through October 3rd), the Ann Arbor Trash Talk Tour (September 26th-27th), a flyer listing the five simple steps anyone can take to slow and stop global climate changes, and a plant-fiber washable and reusable replacement for paper towels, rags, and dishcloths.

Environmental Action Group (EAG) Chair Dennis Burke led the charge for RCAA’s participation. and reports that several folks that stopped by the booth talked about becoming Rotary members, others asked questions about RCAA, and some were Rotarians from other communities.
