Dear Rotary Club of Ann Arbor Members,

Please be advised that the following ByLaw change will be voted on Wednesday, December 1 2021 at our Annual Business Meeting.

·     It is moved to eliminate the Sergeant-At-Arms position from the bylaws in accordance with the rules of bylaw changes. The duties would be absorbed into the set-up committee as a rotating responsibility.
