Taking Action for Peace Conference PRE-EVENT! International Arts and Peace Festival on Saturday, August 6 at 2:00pm at the Taylor Conservatory

The Taking Action for Peace Conference Planning Committee invites you to join us for a PRE-CONFERENCE event:

The International Arts and Peace Festival on Saturday, August 6 at 2:00pm at the Taylor Conservatory and Botanical Gardens located in Heritage Park, 22314 Northline Rd, Taylor, MI 48180.

The Festival is a one-day community event dedicated to highlighting artists from musicians, visual artists, photographers, and more to not only share their work but how their work is impacting communities around us.

Four Major Components:
• Music performances
• Multicultural awareness through music and/or dance performance, food trucks and merchant stalls.
• Other performances, including comedians, a fashion show, live talks, as well as the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies Peacemaker Awards.
• Vendors will include food trucks, artist exhibitions, and merchant shops.

This event is not only for Rotarians but all members of the community so please share with family, friends, neighbors, etc. (flyer is attached)

Join fellow RCAA members including Marcia Lane, Ashish and Norma Sarkar, and additional members of the RCAA Peace Committee for this wonderful day in a beautiful venue.
