On the final day of the month of May our club had 207 Active Members. Attendance for May’s meetings was 40% (down 15% from last month). The average attendance at each meeting was 85 members and 7 guests. Our monthly Engagement Ratio was 67% (up 2% from last month). ** Previous attendance numbers were unusually high. Kathy fixed the scanner issue and things should be running better now. The scanner needs to be swept after each meeting has been recorded.

There are currently 59 members who have not yet paid their dues. It’s a mix of people we see regularly and people who do not attend. As a result, 30% of our income is still pending. The Treasurers provide the list to the entire board to begin direct reach-outs to the individuals.
Sunday, August 11th at 3PM is the next “Meet the Governor” event – we will pass the banner from our club to the next club. Collyer is actively trying to get people to attend the club event in Wixom. Joyce is looking into group transportation.
