The board discussed our meeting format for March and unanimously agreed to move back to the Hybrid approach starting March 2, 2022. We will look forward to seeing people in person next month! Zoom meetings will also continue.

A discussion was held regarding where to allocate the surplus funds from our successful GTO event. Fund requests came from IHPC ($6,500), Food Drive ($1,600), VITA ($500), ARC ($3,900), Community Service Awards ($6,265), and the Peace Committee ($7,000). The board moved to fulfill these requests, as well as increase the Peace Conference Sponsorship allocation by $1,000 due to the local conference coming up in September. The GTO committee is looking for additional help for this year’s event, especially with the auction.

Applications for the new Admin/Financial Manager position came in through our website, Indeed postings, the Michigan Nonprofit Association posting, and RCAA club referrals. Six candidates are being interviewed by the search committee this week.
