The Rotaract Club had a very successful 2022-2023 program year. 13 new members joined; there were 21 dues-paying members in all, 18 of whom were paired with a Rotarian mentor through the mentor-mentee program that junior Simran Singh coordinated with Don Duquette. A total of 210 hours were volunteered for local service projects. 7 students went to Honduras over spring break to help the Honduras Child Alliance add a layer of concrete to its classroom floor to prevent flooding. All these  accomplishments reflected the dedicated work of Alexandria Galens, President; Sarah Ong, Vice-President; and their e-Board. So there was much to celebration when the Rotaract Committee hosted its annual Senior Sendoff at the home of Joanne Pierson on April 21. Alexandria Galens and Sarah Ong were made honorary Paul Harris fellows as they, along with Jenn Hu and Dunham Clark, were recognized by the Committee on behalf of our Club.
