Due to the success of last fall’s Golf & Pickleball Outing (GPO), the Board at this week’s meeting approved additional funding to:
- Community Service Allocations – “Helping Kids Succeed”
- International Humanitarian Projects
- UofM Rotaract Spring Trip to Honduras
- New Member Projects
- VITA-Tax Prep for Low Income
- Additional Community Service Initiatives, such as the A2 Bicentennial project
This year’s GPO raised, after expenses, over $60,000. This was well more than the original budget. The funds raised from the event go towards RCAA’s support of our community, including the Club’s Environmental Action, Summer Food drive, and Anti-racism and Peace initiatives.
