The Rotary Club of Ann Arbor’s first yoga retreat, on Saturday and Sunday, August 17-18, 2024 in The Kensington Hotel was a great success. The 50 attendees, mostly non-Rotarians, heard from and practiced with outstanding yoga teachers, including several physicians and health care providers.

Special thanks to President Joyce Hunter and our Rotary District Governor, Sharna Hatcher, for their welcome remarks and for attending the Retreat.

The retreat was sponsored by several small family foundations and donor advisory funds, many of whom are new donors to our Rotary Club Foundation. As a result of their support, the retreat will contribute $5,000 to our efforts to “help kids succeed.”
