Starting May 15, the security process for RCAA zoom meetings will change. As you know, you now enter zoom and wait until you are admitted. This process requires a volunteer to constantly monitor Zoom. In order to simplify the process and eliminate a volunteer job, we will be changing to a password. You will find the password each week in the meeting agenda/announcement email. We will use the same password each week. If you are wondering if we can eliminate both the waiting room and the password, zoom requires one or the other.
