The Rotary Club Board of Directors at its meeting on Wednesday, March 15th, authorized the allocation of the additional 2022 GTO funds ($21,152.50). The original Community Service (Foundation) Budget estimated a very conservative net proceeds from the GTO of $28,000.
Thanks to the good work of the GTO team and strong support from the volunteers, the Net Proceeds realized from a very successful event was $55,152.50. Administrative costs allocated to the GTO event of $6,000 leaves an unallocated $$21,152.50, ($55,152.50 – 28,000 – 6,000).
The Board authorized allocation of the $21,152.50 and is pleased to provide incremental budget support for the following Rotary Committees and administrative needs:
Community Service Allocation $ 6,000.00
International Humanitarian Projects 5,000.00
Rotaract (Spring trip support and RI dues) 1,250.00
VITA – Tax Preparation for Low Income 550.00
Anti-Racisim Committee 2,250.00
Unbudgeted Community Service 2,402.50
Accounting/Bookeeping 2,000.00
Credit Charges 1,700.00
Total $21,152.50
