A total of only 84 members were present for the Club Assembly. We had no Visiting Rotarians but did have four guests, including a group of students and their counselor from our STRIVE program. Rotary International Annual Report is available:
RI has just released its Annual Report for the 2017-2018 Rotary year. It is in a snappy quasi-video format on their website. Click here [[https://www.rotary.org/en/annual-report-2018]] to check it out. One highlight is the new vision statement, “Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.” To realize this vision, RI has set four priorities that will direct our work over the next five years: increase our impact, expand our reach, enhance participant engagement and increase our ability to adapt. Another highlight was that rotary.org was recognized as one of the 20 best nonprofit websites by Top Nonprofits (www.topnonprofits.com). It also won the Webby People’s Voice Award for best association website from the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
