District Conference Friendship Room

The District Conference is scheduled for May 1-3, 2026. Dawn is leading an effort to have a table at the conference. She has contacted EAG for their interest. If there are any other interested committees, please contact Dawn. Dawn needs help with both material on the table and manning the table during the conference.

Annual Survey

The board will receive a draft of the new survey on February 23 and have four days to review and comment. It will be sent out to Membership on March 2 and close on March 16.

Policy Review

The Club Policies remain under review. Our focus on the February 25th lunch meeting will center around solicitations that may or may not be Rotary events. There will be table discussions and a report-out from each table. This will bring more awareness regarding this policy and allow a wide variety of points of view to be expressed.

Groups.io Update

The board discussed switching to Groups.io as our new club mailing list to improve our Club communication and engagement. Daniel and Dan will work up an action plan to get this moving forward. Training sessions will be planned to help membership make this transition.
