“Drink to me only with your eyes” says an old song, but we at EAG have a sustainability version; “Drink to me with your reusable cup or bottle.” Ann Arbor is getting in on this act, exploring reusable food-ware. Imagine your hot cup of joe in a to-go cup. Done? Toss into one of many collection bins around town to be cleaned, sanitized, and reused. A simple way to reduce waste and litter, create local jobs, keep more money in the local economy, and reduce net greenhouse gas emissions.
