The deadline to reserve a lunch for each weekly meeting at the Michigan Union is nine (9) days prior.

So, the deadline for Oct. 13 RSVP is the end of the day on Monday, October 4th, Oct. 20 meeting deadline is end of day on Monday, Oct. 11 and Oct. 27 meeting RSVP deadline is Monday, Oct. 18.

We ask you to RSVP and let us know whether you will be eating the lunch or just attending. We have to do this so the Union can better plan for staffing and set up of the room. You will be receiving weekly by email a form to complete as an RSVP. Thank you in advance for your help with this necessary planning.
