The Second Annual Ann Arbor Rotary Yoga Retreat presents yoga as a holistic approach to body, prana (lifeforce), mind, intellect, and emotions. Trained Yoga teachers teach pranayama breathing techniques, yoga practices and specialized meditation techniques.
