Meet our New Executive Administrator, Daniel Earle!

The Search Committee for RCAA is thrilled to introduce our new Executive Administrator, Daniel Earle. Daniel’s official start date was June 2, 2025.

Daniel is a Certified Nonprofit Professional and most recently served as the Managing Director at the Animals & Society Institute for nearly thirteen years, where he worked independently on daily executive tasks and collaborated closely with ASI staff and the board of directors. He will be reporting to Kathy Waugh, Bill McPherson, and the board as he settles into his new role.

Daniel excels in managing organizational projects and has technical expertise in a wide variety of software applications. His strengths include organization, record management, data reporting, and developing tracking systems to enhance operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic media and film studies.

Additionally, Daniel previously worked as a Millwright for the Ford Motor Company and volunteered with the United Way Committee while he was there.

Born at the old St. Joseph Hospital, Daniel has lived in Ann Arbor for

nearly his entire life. For over 25 years, he has been passionate about non-human animal advocacy, contributing his time to local sanctuaries and advocacy groups. He currently serves as a lead volunteer and tour guide at Barn Sanctuary in Chelsea.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys camping, hiking, running, reading, listening to podcasts, and playing board games. He thrives in the nonprofit sector and is eager to contribute more to our community.
