Dear Fellow Rotarians,

The 2021 Rotary Club of Ann Arbor Golf and Tennis Outing (“GTO”) will be held at Fox Hills golf course in Plymouth, Michigan on Monday, September 13th.  The GTO is the largest and most important Rotary fundraising event of the year. It is a major source of funding for the Rotary charitable activities.

At present, the GTO committee needs an additional 10-12 volunteers to assist with the auction, registration and on-course activities before and during the GTO.  Volunteers are required to wear white golf shirts and khaki skirts or slacks during the event. New volunteers must purchase their golf shirts.  The purchase price will be approximately  $28.00.  Volunteers from previous events working this year’s event may wear the shirts which they wore at previous events.

New volunteers please advise Lori Walters or Sal Barbatano of your shirt size.  A training session  for volunteers will be held on Sunday September 12 at 4:00pm at Fox Hills Golf Course in Plymouth. This session will be especially helpful for volunteers who will be working in the on-course event.
