STRATEGIC PLANNING – PHASE II

We had twenty Rotarians participate in the Phase II Strategic Planning session this past Wednesday at the Union. I shared the results of the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis that we did in our sessions earlier this year and we began discussions about the future of the RCAA. Our group conversations considered the characteristics that we want our Club to have, what we want people to know about us, and what our legacy will be – steps leading to drafting a vision statement.
There is another session this upcoming– Wednesday, March 26 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Pond Room at the Union.
I encourage you to attend, your involvement and the discussions we have will guide us towards the creation of a strategic plan that will define our club priorities and goals, and the resources and steps needed for us to achieve them.
