We’re rolling out some new administrative and financial tools!
COMMITTEE MAILING LISTS
We’ve begun trialing some @a2rotary.org mailing lists for committee use. These will replace any @umich.edu addresses still being used for Club business and are intended to add transparency and simplify committee communications moving forward. Advantages to these lists:
- One email address can be used to reach every committee member.
- There is a link at the bottom of every email sent to the list, which gives the committee member the opportunity to unsubscribe and/or view other members who are included on the list
- An archive of all messages sent to this list will be preserved on the server, which also houses our website and other email addresses.

CHECK/WIRE-TRANSFER REQUESTS
To ensure prompt and accurate payment of bills, reimbursements, grants, and other payables arranged by Rotary members, the IFPC has approved the implementation an online request form:

The above form can also be found on our website a2rotary.org in the dropdown menu under “Membership Resources.”
Please review the form and the information and documentation required to process all check and wire transfer requests from the Foundation and Club moving forward. We are hopeful this process will contribute to the financial oversight and accurate bookkeeping for the organization!
