It is that special time of the year when a team of dedicated Ann Arbor Rotarians begin to plan our biggest fundraiser! This year we have some exciting changes to our format. We are thrilled to be returning to Barton Hills Country Club and have swapped our tennis offering to pickleball.
We invite you to join us on September 11, 2023 for a fun-filled day. As usual our golf line up will have prizes galore for our many contests including closest to the pin, hole in one, longest putt and more. Pickleball participants will be the lucky pupils of one of Michigan’s best pickleball pros with a clinic prior to tournament play. Golf and pickleball packages include our reception featuring complimentary wine, beer and hors d’ oeuvres and dinner.
If dinner is more your speed, this year we welcome UM Hall of Fame Coach Carol Hutchins as our featured speaker. Join us at 5PM for a reception with complimentary beer, wine and hors ‘oeuvres, stroll our silent auction, and then take a seat in Barton Hills’ elegant dining room for the dinner program beginning at 7PM.
This important event calls upon the entire membership to help us reach our fundraising goal to continue our robust outreach to the local community and beyond. If you can not attend we encourage you to make a donation. We also have many volunteer opportunities for you to lend a hand to make the 20th annual GPO a rousing success.
