Good day Fellow District 6380 Rotarians
This years Rotary Convention is coming up fast and we need to have our Flights secured!
June 4-8, 2022 will be the next Rotary International Convention in Houston, Texas
I am asking you all to Register today to take advantage of the lower fees, make flight reservations to fly with me and other fellow Rotarians leaving Detroit Metro Airport on Friday June 3, 2022 and make your hotel accommodations utilizing the District 6380 Group Rate.
We are looking to try and get as many Rotarians as possible to attend this amazing event and fill the plane with our passion for service and excitement of this once a year International Event. Some clubs are also giving reimbursements for those members interested in attending now how exciting is that?
This year we have the opportunity to utilize the services of Brighton Travel (Leslie) to guide us through the flight reservation process as well as have discounted group rates for hotel accommodations. We also have primary District contacts (Lois) and onsite Houston resources (Ute) in order to make this the BEST Convention and experience yet. Oh and as an added bonus our committee will be planning a wonderful District get together at some time during the event so look for more info in the near future. WooWoo how fun does that sound?
