Report from the Rotary International Conference in Hamburg, Germany

The following photos and notes were provided by our President Elect Rosemarie Rowney, who is currently at the Rotary International Conference in Hamburg, Germany with several other RCAA members.

Greetings from the Rotary International Conference in Hamburg, Germany! There are 27,000 Rotarians here from all over the world who care about their communities and the future of our world.

Wilkommen…Welcome to Hamburg!

Our good friends, Al Jubitz and Reem from the Rotarian Action Group for Peace greeted us warmly in the House of Friendship. We have met friends from near and far, including members of the Traverse City Rotary Club. New friends from Zambia with the Rotarian Malaria Partners were made, too! It has been a wonderful experience so far getting to meet and interact with such a diverse group of passionate Rotarians.

Fellow Rotarians from the Traverse City, Michigan Club joined President Elect Rosemarie in the House of Friendship on the first day of the proceedings.
The Rotarian Malaria Partners greeted us warmly and introduced us to new friends from Zambia.
Having fun with over 27,000 Rotarians from around the world.
