Paper Cranes for Australia Wildfire Relief by Huron Interact Club

Our Huron Interact Club is doing a fundraising project called the Hope Crane Project. Students are making origami paper cranes and selling them to raise money to support wildfire relief efforts in Australia. A significant part of the devastation is to animal populations – making the crane project all the more fitting.
The fundraiser will be going on at Huron High School during lunch periods all week, and will be occurring during our Wednesday Luncheon on February 19th. The donation request is $1 per crane (quite a bargain), but of course any donation amount will be accepted.
Students will be bringing their paper cranes for sale, so come ready to purchase them and donate to a great cause!
