Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Going “Live” on March 26

Like the Penny Stamps School of Art & Design, which has long videotaped speakers presented by the Penny Stamps Series and posted them on line approximately three weeks after the live presentation at the Michigan Theatre, the University of Michigan Lifelong Learning Institute makes videotapes of its lectures. They were available for viewing on its website (www.olli-umich.org) to dues-paying members. While in-person programming is suspended across the University, that archive of recordings is now being made available to all at no charge. The Institute’s new Video Catalogue debuts on March 26. Ben Richards, the Assistant Director of the Institute, will conduct a livestream tutorial that day on how to use it. He will cover how to see what videos are available, how to locate the video you want to view, and how to view a video.
