Happy New Year from Carolyn Grawi:
Past member Carolyn, former Executive Director of the Ann Arbor Center for Independent Living, called John White from her new home in Pensacola. She wanted to send her best wishes to all her friends here and to inquire about details on joining a club there. She was surprised by the number of clubs in her area and visited five. She found one that seems to fit and plans to proceed with joining in the near future.
Update to the Monthly Membership Report to the District:
Since the original article appeared in an earlier Harpoon, four more members have left the club; Maggie Conger, Mike Dubin, Fairfax Fair and Barb Mulay. As a result, our total active membership is down to 286. It’s the lowest level we have been since early in 2005.
