COMMITTEES OF THE ROTARY CLUB OF ANN ARBOR

Our Rotary club accomplishes its success through the work of its committees. We begin a series of articles for the Harpoon that describes the purpose, activities, and accomplishments of many of our club committees. In this way, we seek to publicize the vast, diverse accomplishments of our club.

Each club committee reports to a club officer, usually a director, that represents the domain of a group of two to five committees. At monthly board meetings, each director discusses the accomplishments and challenges of each committee. Major committees are grouped below their director area in the graphic.

A group of committee profiles appears on our club website, giving the current chair, responsibilities, and often workload of each committee. Our hope is that the description of committees will inform members of a venue to pursue an individual passion for service.
