Sign up to Volunteer at the Embracing Our Differences Project through the summer

RCAA as a whole, as well as ARC, Peace, and Public Image committees are all actively involved in supporting Embracing our Differences. This is an organization that “uses the transformative power of art to spark discussions on our differences: race, sex, LGBTQ, mental and physical differences and to open our heart to embrace diversity.” Large art banners depicting this message will be installed Gallup and Leslie Science Center parks in Ann Arbor and Riverside and Parkridge Community Center parks in Ypsilanti May through September this year.

Rotarians and friends are encouraged to volunteer at the art installations over the summer and reach out to others to join them. Wear your Rotary T-shirt (you can purchase one through May 9) and show your support. Using this link, sign up as often as you wish to be a greeter in 3 hour shifts across the entire summer.
